False meat balls (falafels)


Ingredients:

- 4 cups carrot pulp (remained after extraction of the carrots juice) 
- 1 cup tomatoes coarsely mixed in a blender 
- 1/3 cup ground flaxseed (essential ingredient because they constitute the binder) 
- 1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds (optional) 1/2 red onion ( or white) finely chopped 
- 2 tsp garlic powder or 2-3 cloves of garlic 
- 1 teaspoon onion powder 
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered sweet paprika 
- 2 tsp cumin 
- 1 teaspoon miso paste or 3 C Tamari 
- Herbs to taste 
- A little water 
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let stand at least 1 hour.
Shape into balls and dry them in a dehydrator at 107,6 ° F or in an adjustable temperature  electric oven.
