Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tomato finely diced
- 1/4 of red bell pepper finely diced
- Minced fresh parsley
- Minced fresh dill
- Hemp dip ( Blend together 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/4 red bell pepper, 1 small white onion, ground green pepper and sea salt to taste. )
Hollow out the cucumber.
Fill it with hemp dip and add over, diced tomato and red bell pepper, chopped dill and parsley.
