Ingredients:
- 2 cups pitted dates (pre- soaked if you prefer a less sweet taste)
- 2 cups pitted dates (pre- soaked if you prefer a less sweet taste)
- 1/2-1 cup of beetroot pulp
- 1-2 tbsp. of cocoa powder (or carob )
- Vanilla essence ( or small pod)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Blend in a food processor and stir in 1 cup Goji berries.
Mix well and form brownies using an ice cream scoop .
Garnish with Goji berries on the surface and sprinkle with lemon zest (organic).
Can be served with Goji berry and vanilla ice cream.
