Ingredients:
- 1/4 of butternut peeled and cut lengthwise,
cut into spirals, using a spiralizer
- 1-2 tbsp. Pesto sauce
Mix the
two ingredients in a deep dish or a bowl and let stand for ½ hour minimum in order for the butternut
spaghetti to soften and soak in the Pesto flavor.
Decorate with black olives.
