Ingredients:
- 2 cups grated cauliflower or ground in a food
processor (appearance of the rice grain)
- 1 cup fresh coconut finely grated
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1-2 tablespoons dill tartar sauce
Mix these ingredients and spread the mixture on
Nori Sushi sheet as shown in the photo.
Add avocado sticks, peeled grapefruit slices,
corn (grain or baby corn cut into sticks).
Roll the Nori Sushi and cut thick slices using
a sharp knife.
