Ingredients:
- 1 carrot cut into slices
- 1 avocado
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Juice of half an orange and zest (if organic)
- Sea salt and green pepper to taste
Blend well until you obtain the desired
consistency.
Add a little coconut water or pure water or if
you want a thinner consistency.
