Ingredients:
- 1 cup pre-soaked sunflower seeds (1-2 hours)
- 1-2 cups of water (depending on the desired consistency)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 pinch of ground green pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill (add at the end) or a small handful of fresh dill
Blend all these ingredients (except the dried dill) until you obtain a creamy thick sauce.
The tartare dill sauce can be used as a dip or as spaghetti sauce.
