Measurements for one serving :
1 cup finely grated carrots or carrot pulp
3 ground nuts
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon cocoa powder or carob powder
1 cup pitted dates,
mixed
1 tablespoon raisins
Vanilla flavoring
Cinnamon ( powder)
Mix all these ingredients to make a thick paste and press to the bottom of a cake pan on a baking paper
sheet.
Icing:
grated dark chocolate
or
coconut flakes mixed with cocoa powder, the vanilla flavoring and a little honey or maple syrup.
Put it in the freezer for a few hours but don't let it harden too much.
