Ingredients:
Combine in a bowl :
4 cups of white cabbage, finely chopped. Add 1 pinch of sea salt and crush the cabbage gently with a wooden spoon or a wooden mortar pestle.
Add:
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1 cup pitted black olives, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. of dried algae
- 1 cup of sweet corn
- 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves
Drizzle some lemon juice
over and add the dressing of your choice.
