Ingredients:
For the Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 cups sliced ripe bananas (frozen
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract or vanilla powder
- Some coconut water or pure water (or maple syrup if you want a sweeter taste)
Blend well.
Put the resulting ice cream in a bowl, in the freezer.
For the Strawberry Ice Cream:
- 1 cup sliced ripe bananas (frozen)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
Some coconut water or pure water (or maple syrup if you want a sweeter taste)
Blend well.
Put the resulting ice cream over the vanilla ice cream and return to freezer.
For the glaze:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup pitted dates
- Some coconut water or pure water
Blend well.
Pour the glaze over the ice cream and garnish with a strawberry or according to your taste and imagination.
