Chia Strawberry Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 coffee cup of coconut milk
- Juice of a fresh orange
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
- Juice of a piece of ginger, pressed in a garlic press
- Vanilla flavor
- 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Dried Goji Berries
- Strawberries
Combine the first 6 ingredients and let stand at least 30 minutes.
In a glass, fill the bottom with 1-2 Tbsp of goji berries.
Add over the gelatinous mixture of chia seeds and then some strawberries, washed and halved.
Ideal as breakfast.
