Kelp Noodles with Italian Mix Veggies




Ingredients:
- Kelp noodles (pre-soaked  a few minutes in warm, lemon water, 107,6 °F or 42 ° C maximum)
- Cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- Black olives, pitted and sliced  
- Broccoli cut into small florets
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- Some fresh basil leaves
- 1-2 Paris mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 chopped green onion (optional)
- Green pepper to taste  
Mix these ingredients and season with a Tamari dressing.
