
Ingredients:
- Zucchini noodles (obtained using a spiralizer)
- Black olives, pitted and cut into small slices or diced )
- Minced red bell pepper
- Tomato cut into small cubes
- Minced parsley
- Fresh dill
- Fresh spinach leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Sea salt to taste
- 1 pinch of paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and serve fresh.
