Chocolate mint cake



Measurements for 1 portion:  

Ingredients for the base :
6 dates ( pre-soaked if dry )  
1 cup walnuts or almonds pre-soaked ground  
1-2 tbsp. cocoa powder  
Vanilla flavoring  
Blend the dates, vanilla and cocoa 
Press the dough thus obtained in the bottom of a cake pan on a baking sheet and freeze.
Ingredients for the filling:
3 cups coconut finely grated  
2-3 mint leaves or spinach leaves  + 1 drop of essential oil mint.  
Maple sirop to taste
Blend these ingredients and spread the dough on the chocolate base.  
Refreeze few hours.  
Before serving, sprinkle with finely grated coconut.
Unmold the cake and cut the parts with a sharp knife.
