Chocolate Chia Pudding with Bananas


Ingredients:
- 2 coffee cups of coconut milk, homemade
- 2 pitted dates (or honey or maple syrup to taste)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (or carob)
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- Vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- banana slices
- Some Goji Berries
- Organic lemon zest
Blende well the first 5 ingredients.
Put in a glass the "drink" thus obtained.
Add 2 Tbsp. chia seeds and let stand for at least 15-20 minutes.
Add at the surface the banana slices.
Garnish with goji berries and organic lemon zest.
Ideal for breakfast.
