5 Spices Coconut and Cocoa Truffles





Ingredients:
- the flesh of a small coconut, finely grated
- 2 tablespoon of raw honey or dates (blend some soaked dates with a little soaking water) or more according to taste
- 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp ground spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, clove, fennel)
Mix these ingredients in a salad bowl, first with a fork and then with a hand blender.
Shape balls with your hands and roll them in cocoa powder.
Can be stored 1 week in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer.
