Mini vegan burgers


Ingredients:
- Mushrooms (without stem)
- Butternut curry mayonnaise or another vegan mayonnaise of your choice
- Mini vegan patties
- Medium tomatoes slices
- Cucumber slices
- Fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
- Onion rings (optional)
Wash, dry and peel the mushroom caps.
If you want a stronger flavor, sprinkle the some sea salt and herbs of your choice (curry, dried dill) on the mushroom caps.
Make the mini burgers and secure them by inserting a toothpick in the center.
Serve immediately as the mushrooms can oxidize.
