Raw sprouted buckwheat bread


Ingredients:


- 3-4 cups of sprouted buckwheat 
- 1-2 cups of carrot pulp 
- 1 small ripe banana 
- 1 pinch of cardamom 
- 1 pinch of salt 
- 1 pinch of turmeric 
Blend all these ingredients (except the carrots pulp that you will incorporate to the dough at the end) and spread the dough thus obtained on a baking paper sheet, on a tray. 
Dry in the dehydrator or an adjustable temperature electric oven (at 107, 6° F). 
Then cut the raw bread into squares or rectangles.
