Chocolate and Coconut Fudge



Ingredients:
- 3 cups coconut flakes  
- 1-2 cups of honey ( 1 of the cups can be of Maple Syrup optional)  
- 1-2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
Blend these two ingredients into a blender to make a thick paste  
Put the dough in a bowl and add 1 cup cocoa powder  
Mix well with a fork  
Press the dough thus obtained, on to the bottom of a cake pan, using a spoon  
Pre-cut into cubes and sprinkle again with a little cocoa powder  
Chill overnight in the cooler or in the freezer a few hours without  that the dough hardens too  much.
Before serving, unmold and place the pre-cut dice on a plate, with a knife.
