Raw pizza



Ingredients for the base: 

- 1-2 zucchini, peeled and diced
- 1-2 mushrooms 
- 1 cup cauliflower ground in a food processor, or grated 
- 1 pinch of turmeric 
- 1 pinch of cumin 
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed 
- 1 tsp lemon juice 
Blend all these ingredients until you obtain homogeneous dough that you will spread on a baking paper sheet and dry in a dehydrator over the night, or in an adjustable temperature electric oven at (107, 6 ° F or 42 ° C). 





Ingredients for the tomato sauce: 

- 3 fresh tomatoes 
- 1 cup dried tomatoes (dehydrated) 
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence 
- 1 pinch of turmeric 
- 1 garlic clove 
- 1 small onion 
Mix all these ingredients in a food processor until you get the consistency of a thick sauce. 
Spread it on the Pizza base. 
Decoration with: corn, tomatoes cut into strips, avocado cut into small dice, red pepper diced, onions slices (optional), halves of black olives and other ingredients that you prefer. 
Sprinkle some fresh grated coconut flakes (1 tbsp.), previously mixed in a cup, with a few drops of lemon juice, 1 pinch of sea salt, 1 pinch of turmeric, 1 pinch of curry, 1 pinch of cumin. 
Serve immediately.
