Ingredients:
- 2 cups steamed green beans (al dente)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced avocado
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp. of dried algae (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 1 cup sprouted alfalfa seeds
- 1-2 mushrooms, thinly sliced
Combine all these ingredients and add a parsley and garlic dressing (Persillade).
