Ingredients:
- 1 cup sliced carrots (or carrot pulp)
- 1 cup celery root diced
- 1 cup minced parsley
- 1 cup finely sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 2 dried tomatoes
- Sea salt and green pepper to taste
- 2 cups butternut curry mayonnaise
Mix the first 3 ingredients in a food processor with a dried tomato.
Stir in the dough thus obtained the olives, the mushrooms and 1 cup of butternut curry mayonnaise .
Press the dough to the bottom of a cake pan and let stand 15-30 minutes.
Unmold and "dress" the cake with the remaining mayonnaise.
Decorate according to your imagination.
Dust some dried dill on the surface. (Optional)
