Vegan Feta cheese

Ingredients:


- 1 cup presoaked and blanched almonds  
- 1 cup of water (for a thick consistency, do not add too much water)  
- sea ​​salt and green pepper to taste  
- 1/2 cup chopped celery branch  
- Juice of 1/2 lemon  
Blend well all these ingredients.  
Add  in some diced red onion and some dried dill.
