Vegan low fat patties



Ingredients for 10 small patties or 5 large:  


- 1 cup carrot pulp  
Add one by one the following ingredients:  
- 1 cup red beet pulp  
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed (essential ingredient because it is the binder)  
- 1/2 cup ground  or grated walnuts  
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or more depending on the desired taste)  
- 1/4 teaspoon curry  
- 1 pinch of cumin  
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or a crushed clove of garlic 
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped  
- 1/4 cup black olives, pitted and diced  
- 1 mushroom finely chopped (optional)  
- 1/2 teaspoon herbs de Provence  
- 1 cup finely chopped parsley  
- 1 medium tomato, mixed  
Mix all these ingredients and let stand for one hour minimum.  
Form patties of the size you wish and place on a baking sheet of paper, on a tray.
Dry in the dehydrator or in an electric oven at maximum 107, 6 ° F (42 ° C).
