Chocolate and Mint Ice Cream


Ingredients:
For the Mint Ice cream;
-  3 cups frozen sliced ​​ripe bananas  
- 1-2 cc of barley green powder  
- 1 drop of essential peppermint oil  
- 1/2 cup of coconut water, coconut milk and almond milk (homemade)  
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)  
Blend until you obtain a creamy consistency.
Put in a bowl and then to freezer.
Meanwhile, you can start to prepare the chocolate ice cream.
For the Chocolate Ice cream:
-  3 cups frozen sliced ​​ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder  
- 1/2 cup of coconut water, coconut milk and almond milk (homemade)  
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)  
Blend until you obtain a creamy consistency . 
Remove the mint ice cream from the freezer and add the chocolate ice cream.
Sprinkle some grated dark chocolate on top.
Serve immediately.
