Chocolate and Pear Cake
Ingredients:
- ½ a coconut finely grated
- 1-2 cups of maple syrup ( to taste)
- 3-4 tbsp. cocoa powder
- Vanilla flavor
- 2-3 peeled and thinly sliced pears
- Dark chocolate grated (optional)
Blend all these ingredients (except the last one).
Press half of the dough thus obtained on the bottom of a medium cake pan, on sheet of baking paper . Add pear slices on top.
Cover with the rest of the dough and press it well on.
Decorate the cake with the remaining pear slices, drizzle some vanilla flavor on and sprinkle some grated dark chocolate on top.
Place the cake in the freezer for 1 hour. (optional)
