Spring rolls

1 avocado, diced
1 diced tomato
1 small red or white onion, finely chopped or sliced
Green pepper to taste
1 pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Alfalfa sprouted seeds (optional )
1 mushroom, diced - wash them in vinegar water - (optional)
Lettuce leaves
Soaked rice sheets (soak a few seconds in hot water just before shaping  and roll one by one) Combine in a bowl the first ingredients.
Place a lettuce leaf on a moistened rice paper and add a tablespoon of the mixture obtained
Roll in the rice sheets that you will serve with parsley and garlic dressing or the dressing of your choice.
