Red berry smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1-2 cups of red berries  
- 1/4 avocado  
- 1 teaspoon powdered barley grass (optional)  
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk (homemade)  
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract  
- 1 pinch of nutmeg powder  
- 1 cup of  steep water from dates 
- 1/2 banana or pear  
- 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves  
Blend until you obtain a smooth consistency.
