Spicy green smoothie



Ingredients:


- 1 teaspoon of papaya seeds with 2 cups of water (Blend together. Pass the mixture through a sieve. Add the spicy "milk"  thus obtained to the following ingredients:  
- 1 handful  of parsley  
- 1/2 celery stalk  
- 2 apples  
- 1 banana or pear  
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder  
- 1 tsp lemon juice  
Blend until you obtain a smooth consistency.
